  • Absolutely. Just send us your design, material preferences, dimensions, and quantity needed—we’ll respond with a quote within 1-2 business days.

  • Yes, we do! You can send us your own vector files (preferably in .dxf, .ai, or .svg format), or we can help design something based on your ideas.

  • Turnaround time depends on the project’s complexity and volume. For most small jobs, it takes 5–7 working days. Bulk or bespoke orders may require more time, which we’ll confirm during quoting.

  • Yes, we offer UK-wide delivery. Local pickup from our East London studio is also available by appointment.

  • Yes, we can guide you through materials, dimensions, and design considerations to ensure your project comes out just right.

  • We accept:

    • Vector files: .AI, .DXF, .SVG, .PDF (preferred)

    • Raster images: .JPG, .PNG (for engraving only, not cutting)

    If you're unsure about file formatting, we can help convert or prepare your files.

  • We try to accommodate rush jobs when possible. Get in touch with your project details, and we'll confirm availability and any rush fees.
